How do we reserve a stay?
Direct booking is coming soon. Once the calendar is connected, you’ll be able to choose your dates, see pricing, and reserve your stay here. Your dates are reserved only when you receive a booking confirmation.
How do we get to the beach?
The closest beach access is 0.3 miles from the house, across San Luis Pass Road. For a car-free beach option, take the neighborhood tunnel to the boardwalk on the other side of the neighborhood, about a 0.7-mile walk. Your arrival information will include the details.
Who is the home best suited for?
Families and friends traveling together, with a maximum of 18 guests. Parties and events are not permitted. The primary renter must be at least 24 and stay throughout the reservation.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets, smoking, and vaping are not permitted on the property.
What should we know about parking and quiet hours?
There is driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Street parking, trailers, and RVs are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday–Saturday, and end at 8 a.m.
Is the house suitable for young children?
Children are welcome. The elevated home has stairs and decks and is not childproof. Children need supervision, particularly around stairs, decks, and the hot tub.
